What is Walk & Tone?

Walk and Tone is a unique group fitness program that blends a 5km paced walk with outdoor strength body conditioning exercises. 

We welcome everyone, regardless of their fitness level, as long as they are over 16 years old. Men and women alike can join us. If you’re looking to enhance your health, build strength, and boost your overall well-being, then this workout is tailor-made for you.

Who runs Walk & Tone?

Hello! We are Emma and Victoria, the proud co-founders of Walk and Tone UK. As certified and insured fitness instructors, we assure you that you’re in capable hands.

Our journey began in July 2023, when we launched Walk and Tone in Oxfordshire with the aim of promoting fitness and fostering community spirit. We noticed that many people enjoy walking, so we decided to spice it up by integrating body conditioning stop points to music, transforming a simple walk into an enjoyable group workout.

Our goal is to provide a personalised experience for each of you, assisting you in achieving your unique fitness goals while connecting you with others who share similar interests.

Social Events

Charity Event: Blenheim 7k Fun Run

As we move into 2026, our next group social and charitable event is fast approaching. Following the success of our group participation last year, we would love to get everyone together again for the Blenheim 7k Fun Run on Sunday, May 17, 2026. This main event also offers a 4-mile option.

Like last year, this is a charity event. It was great fun last time, and while it will be a fast-paced environment, please know there is absolutely no pressure to run the entire way. We can manage the 7K distance (or 4 miles) by jogging or walking at a fast or slow pace, supporting each other to cross the finish line together. Em and I will be there to support you throughout!

Walks start promptly at 10:00 and finish at 11:30, so please arrive for registration at 9:45 with £10 in cash.

We run Walk & Tone in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and across the UK. If there aren’t any scheduled walks in your area, we recommend keeping an eye out or contacting us directly for future walks.

BOOKING & CONTACT

Our sessions are exclusively available through bookings. We limit the number of participants in each Walk & Tone session to ensure we can monitor everyone closely and maintain safety. We believe in providing a personal touch, which is best achieved in smaller groups.
